Frequently asked questions
Does the planner predict when my roof needs replacing?
No. Age alone does not set a replacement year. Timing should come from inspections, moisture results and bids, and you enter the plan year yourself.
What are the escalation scenarios?
They are annual percentage increases you choose to see how costs change if work moves later. They are assumptions, not forecasts.
Where should the cost figures come from?
Written bids or estimates for each zone and action. The planner never supplies prices.
Can I export the plan?
Yes. Download a CSV with every line item and yearly totals for each scenario.
